k-os On His Timely New EP, The Longevity Of Folk Music And The Responsibility Of Artists
Rapper and musician k-os returns with a new EP, called Boshido, featuring Kaytranada’s remix of one of his biggest hits, Crucial. It’s an album that was recorded before the COVID-19 pandemic and the Black Lives Matter protests, but it could have been written yesterday. He joined Tom Power from Vancouver to reflect on his career, his timely new EP and what he thinks about the “music of the struggle” during times like this.
